Key Responsibilities:
? Provide personalized academic and career counseling, addressing inquiries on programs, eligibility, admissions, fees, and scholarships.
? Educate prospective students about program features, pedagogy, and career outcomes.
? Manage a strong sales pipeline through cold calling and handling inbound inquiries.
? Consistently convert leads into enrollments while achieving monthly targets.
????? Maintain transparent communication with students and parents throughout the process.
? Follow up on enrollment confirmations and collaborate with internal teams to hit admissions goals.
? Stay updated on industry trends, competitive programs, and evolving career opportunities.
? Maintain accurate records of all counseling interactions in the CRM system.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
? Bachelor's or Master's degree (Education, Psychology, or related field preferred).
? 0.6 - 4 years of experience in academic counseling, career guidance, or admissions.
? Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (preferred).
? Strong understanding of education systems and career pathways (training provided).
?? Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory.
? Excellent interpersonal, communication, and persuasion skills.
? Flexibility to work 6 days a week from the office with a rotational weekly off.
