About the Role

The Student Counselling & Outreach Executive will be responsible for guiding students on academic programs, career pathways, and admission processes while actively conducting outreach activities in schools, colleges, and institutions. The role combines student counselling, institutional coordination, and on-ground outreach to drive admissions and awareness for educational projects and programs.

Key Responsibilities

Student Counselling

Counsel students and parents regarding academic programs, eligibility, admission procedures, and career options
Address student queries through walk-ins, phone calls, emails, and online platforms
Maintain accurate student counselling records and follow-ups
Support students through the complete admission lifecycle
Outreach & Institutional Engagement

Coordinate with schools, colleges, training institutes, and educational partners
Plan and execute seminars, workshops, career guidance sessions, and orientation programs
Represent the organization during campus visits, education fairs, and outreach events
Build and maintain long-term relationships with academic institutions and stakeholders
Admission & Lead Management

manage student leads through outreach and counselling activities
Ensure timely conversion of leads into admissions
Maintain MIS reports on counselling, outreach activities, and admissions
Work closely with internal teams to meet enrollment targets
Coordination & Reporting

Coordinate with project teams, academic partners, and coordinators
Prepare daily/weekly activity reports and performance summaries
Support project-related documentation and communication
Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline (Education, Psychology, Management preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to counsel, influence, and guide students effectively
Comfortable with fieldwork, school/college visits, and seminars
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, email, CRM tools)
Experience

0-2 years of experience in student counselling, admissions, outreach, or education sales
Freshers with strong communication skills and a passion for education are encouraged to apply

Compensation

Fixed salary + performance-based incentives
Salary revision after successful completion of probation (3-6 months)
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
