Handle walk-in, telephonic, and online enquiries from students and parents.
Counsel students about StepUp Academy's courses (IIT, NEET, Foundation, etc.) and help them choose suitable programs based on their goals.
Follow up with leads generated through calls, marketing campaigns, and referrals to ensure conversions.
Maintain and update student databases, enquiry records, and follow-up reports.
Coordinate with faculty, telecallers, and the marketing team for demo classes, orientations, and admissions.
Guide students through the registration and admission process, including fee submission and documentation.
Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets as per management goals.
Attend education fairs, seminars, or school visits (if required).
Provide feedback and reports to the management on lead quality and admission trends.
Ensure a high level of professionalism, empathy, and positive communication in all student interactions.
Required Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English & Hindi).
Strong convincing and counselling ability.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
Target-driven and result-oriented approach.
Pleasant personality and professional attitude.
Qualification & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA/PGDM preferred).
1-3 years of experience in counselling, telecalling, or educational sales
Salary Range:
?18,000 - ?30,000 per month (depending on experience and performance).
