Job Discription

Represent the school

: Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective students and their families through phone calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings.

: Promote the school at various events, such as educational fairs, open houses, and exhibitions.

Conduct presentations and tours

: Organize and lead presentations and school tours for prospective students and their parents.

Develop marketing strategies

: Work with the admissions head to create innovative plans to attract and enroll students.

Explain procedures

: Clearly communicate the admission process, requirements, and deadlines to applicants and their parents.

Assist applicants

: Guide families through completing applications and gathering all necessary documents.

Varification applications

: Review and verify a student's academic performance, supporting materials

Advise on programs and curriculum

: Inform parents and students about the school's programs, courses, and overall curriculum.

Facilitate the transition

: Ensure a smooth transition for new students by coordinating orientation programs and other welcoming activities.

Maintain records

: Use a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to track student data, communications, and feedback.

Report on progress

: Prepare and present reports on application and enrollment metrics for school management.

Stay current

: Keep up-to-date with educational trends, admission requirements, and best practices.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
