Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Student Counselor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for contacting incoming leads, providing counseling to students, encouraging enrollments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Contact incoming leads through Google, Justdial, or other platforms

- Provide counseling to students and parents to understand their needs and interests

- Encourage students to enroll in our courses and programs

- Follow up with inquiries on a regular basis to convert leads into enrollments

- Build and maintain relationships with students, parents, and industry partners

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Education, or related field

- Fresher-1 Year of experience in counseling, sales, or marketing

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work with diverse stakeholders (students, parents, companies)

- Strong organizational and time management skills

Nice to Have:

- Experience in education or training industry

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
