We are looking for a motivated and result-driven
Business Development Executive
to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, developing new business opportunities, handling business communication, and fulfilling admission-related requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and convert leads for business growth
Identify and develop new business opportunities
Handle inbound and outbound calls related to admissions
Maintain effective communication with prospective students/customers
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Achieve assigned sales targets within deadlines
Maintain accurate records of leads and conversions
Required Skills
Strong new business development and lead generation skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Good interpersonal and negotiation skills
Ability to build long-term customer relationships
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Experience in the education industry will be an added advantage
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in sales (preferred)
Graduation in any discipline
Inside sales role only (No field work required)
Compensation
Salary:
INR 35,000 - 40,000 per month
Salary will depend on experience and last six months' salary drawn
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
