Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents based on provided leads
Handle inbound calls and respond to admission-related queries
Counsel students on courses, eligibility criteria, fees, and career prospects
Explain the admission process and assist students with form filling and documentation
Follow up with interested candidates to ensure lead conversion
Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and admission targets
Coordinate with the admissions and marketing teams for lead updates
Attend walk-ins (if required) and support on-ground admission activities

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
