Handle walk-in enquiries, inbound calls, and online leads generated through marketing campaigns.
Understand student requirements and counsel them on suitable courses, career paths, and learning options.
Explain course details including curriculum, duration, fees, certifications, and placement support clearly and confidently.
Convert prospective enquiries into confirmed admissions by building trust and addressing concerns.
Manage regular follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp, and emails until closure.
Maintain accurate lead records, enquiry status, and follow-up details in the CRM system.
Coordinate with the accounts team for fee payments, receipts, and documentation.
Ensure smooth onboarding of students after admission and guide them through batch allocation.
Meet assigned monthly admission targets and contribute to revenue growth.
Participate in seminars, counselling sessions, and promotional activities when required.
Provide feedback to the management team regarding lead quality, student expectations, and market trends.
