Role Summary
We are looking for a motivated
Business Development Executive (BDE)
to support business growth through lead generation, effective communication, and admissions-related activities. The role involves engaging with prospective students, understanding their requirements, and converting leads into enrollments.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and manage leads through various channels
Identify new business opportunities and drive admissions growth
Communicate program details clearly to prospective candidates
Follow up with leads and maintain accurate records
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
Achieve assigned sales targets consistently
Required Skills
Strong new business development and lead generation skills
Experience in business communication and lead management
Excellent interpersonal, networking, and relationship-building skills
Strong verbal and written communication abilities
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Experience in the education industry is an added advantage
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum
1-2 years of experience
in sales (preferred)
Graduation in any discipline
Inside sales role (no fieldwork involved)

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
