Admission Counsellor
to manage the admissions process and guide prospective students and parents. The Admission Counsellor will play a key role in promoting the institution, providing accurate information, and ensuring a smooth and positive admission experience.
Key Responsibilities
Counsel prospective students and parents about academic programs, curriculum, eligibility and admission procedures.
Handle inquiries through walk-ins, phone calls, emails and online platforms in a professional manner.
Conduct campus tours and information sessions for students and parents.
Verify student records and ensure compliance with admission policies and guidelines.
Coordinate with academic and administrative departments during the admission process.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
Prior experience in admissions, counselling or student services (preferred).
