Arbor Academy is looking for a dynamic and student-focused

Admission Counselor

to guide prospective students through the admission process. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for education, and the ability to counsel students effectively while achieving enrollment targets.

Roles & Responsibilities

Counsel students regarding courses, eligibility, fees, and career opportunities Handle inquiries through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and walk-ins Convert leads into successful admissions Follow up with prospective students and maintain a strong pipeline Maintain accurate student records in CRM/admission systems

Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline 0-4 years of experience in admissions, education counseling, or sales Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal and convincing abilities Target-oriented and result-driven mindset Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email, and CRM tools

Preferred Skills

Experience in educational institutions or training academies Ability to counsel students on career paths Multilingual communication skills (preferred)
