Position: School Admission Counsellor

Location: Phoenix World School, Kharadi Pune

Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: ₹35,000- ?40,000 (based on experience & performance)

Phoenix World School is seeking a dynamic and motivated Admission Counsellor to guide prospective students and parents through the admission process. Preference for Female Candidates only. The candidate should have excellent communication skills which is mandatory. A friendly personality, and the ability to achieve admission targets.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle student and parent enquiries through calls, emails, and walk-ins.
Provide detailed information about the school's courses, facilities, admission process, and fee structure.
Counsel students and parents to help them make informed decisions.
Maintain records of enquiries, follow-ups, and admissions.
Coordinate with the academic and administration teams for smooth admission procedures.
Participate in school events, admission drives, and promotional activities.
Achieve monthly/annual admission targets.

Requirements & Skills:
Graduate in any stream (Education/Management background preferred). Minimum 2-3 years of experience in counselling/admissions/education sector preferred with good communication skills. Strong convincing and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer knowledge.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
