Handle admission inquiries through calls, walk-ins, emails, and social media.
Provide detailed information about the preschool's curriculum, activities, facilities, and admission process.
Counsel and guide parents in selecting suitable programs for their child.
Maintain follow-up with prospective parents to ensure maximum conversions.
Assist in planning and executing admission campaigns, open houses, and parent engagement events.
Maintain accurate records of inquiries, follow-ups, and admissions.
Collaborate with teachers and management to ensure smooth onboarding of new students.
Requirements
Graduate in any discipline (Education/Marketing/Communication preferred).
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in counseling/admissions (preschool/education industry preferred).
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills in English and Hindi.
Strong convincing ability, pleasant personality, and parent-friendly approach.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, social media handling).
