- Admission Counsellor Location: Lohegaon Role Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Admission Counsellor to manage inquiries, conduct school tours, and convert leads into admissions. The candidate should be confident, polite, and highly effective in communication.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming calls, walk-ins, and online admission inquiries.

Provide detailed counselling about school programs, facilities, and curriculum.

Conduct school tours for prospective parents.

Maintain follow-up sheets, inquiry logs, and admission data.

Convert inquiries into admissions through consistent follow-ups.

Assist during admission events, meetings, and marketing campaigns.

Ensure excellent parent communication and positive relationship building.

Requirements: Graduate in any field. 3-4 years of experience in admission counselling or customer-facing roles. Strong communication, convincing, and follow-up skills. Basic computer knowledge (Excel/Google Sheets). Professional, polite, and confident personality.
