Admission Counsellor
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Provide accurate information about courses, programs, fees, and the admission process
Counsel students and parents through calls, walk-ins, and online inquiries
Follow up on leads on a daily basis and convert inquiries into admissions
Maintain and update student leads in the CRM/system
Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs
Assist students with admission formalities, documentation, and fee submission
Achieve monthly admission/enrollment targets
Represent the institution professionally and maintain a positive brand image
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
