Key Responsibilities
Engage with prospective students through calls, walk-ins, emails, and online enquiries.
Understand students' educational backgrounds and career aspirations to recommend suitable programs.
Provide clear and accurate information regarding courses, eligibility, admission procedures, fees, and schedules.
Follow up with leads and maintain a healthy conversion ratio from enquiry to enrollment.
Maintain and update the student database, enquiry records, and follow-up details.
Conduct campus tours and participate in student orientation sessions when required.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, academics, operations) to ensure smooth admissions.
Meet weekly and monthly admission targets and reporting requirements.
Represent the institution in educational fairs, promotional events, and outreach activities.

Sales aptitude with experience in counselling or educational services.
