The position involves engaging with prospective students and parents, providing expert guidance on suitable IT programs, and supporting them throughout the admission and learning process.
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive counseling to students and parents regarding IT skill development programs, including Full Stack Development, Data Analytics, Web Design, and related domains.
Clearly articulate program structures, certification pathways, internship opportunities, and placement support offered.
Manage inbound and outbound calls effectively, execute timely follow-ups, and convert inquiries into successful admissions.
Maintain an organized database of leads and ensure seamless coordination across all stages of the admission process.
Collaborate with internal teams to strengthen brand presence, enhance student engagement, and support outreach initiatives.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
Exceptional verbal communication, interpersonal abilities, and customer-handling skills.
Interest or prior exposure to IT education, EdTech, or career counseling (comprehensive training will be provided).
Bachelor's degree in any discipline; candidates with a technical or management background will be given preference.
