Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and result-oriented
Admission Counsellor/ Business Manager
to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for guiding students through the admission process, understanding their academic and career goals, and helping them select suitable courses or programs offered by our institute.
Key Responsibilities:
Counsel and guide students about our courses, eligibility criteria, and admission process.
Handle inbound and outbound calls, inquiries, and walk-ins.
Maintain and update student records in the database.
Follow up with potential students through calls, emails, and messages.
Achieve admission targets and support marketing activities as required.
Coordinate with academic and administrative teams for smooth admission operations.
Provide accurate information and ensure a positive student experience
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Goal-oriented, proactive, and able to handle multiple inquiries efficiently.
