to join our Arena Animation Nagpur team. The ideal candidate will guide prospective students about our creative career programs, handle walk-in enquiries, and help them choose the right course as per their interests and skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Counsel students and parents about Animation, VFX, Gaming, and Design courses.
Manage walk-ins, calls, and online inquiries effectively.
Conduct follow-ups with potential students to ensure successful conversions.
Maintain records of leads and admissions in CRM or Excel.
Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional activities.
Assist in organizing seminars, workshops, and events for student engagement.
Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
Ensure a professional and friendly environment for visitors and students.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline (Marketing / Education background preferred).
0-3 years of experience in counseling, sales, or education industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident, target-oriented, and self-motivated personality.
Knowledge of digital tools and MS Office is a plus.
