Key Responsibilities:
Handle
student inquiries
through calls, emails, and walk-ins.
Provide detailed information about
courses, programs, eligibility, and admission procedures.
Follow up with potential students and maintain lead records in the system.
Assist in completing the
admission formalities
and documentation.
Maintain a high conversion ratio from inquiry to enrollment.
Coordinate with academic and administrative departments for smooth onboarding of students.
Participate in
education fairs, counselling sessions, and promotional events.
Maintain good relationships with students and parents for long-term engagement.
Requirements:
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Experience:
2-3 years of experience in counselling, admissions, or student relations (preferably in the education sector).
Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in
English, Hindi, and Marathi
preferred.
Goal-oriented and capable of meeting admission targets.
Good computer literacy (MS Office, CRM tools).
