About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented
Admission Counsellor
to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the
EdTech or education counselling sector
, with a passion for guiding students toward the right academic and career paths.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective students and parents.
Counsel students regarding educational courses, admission procedures, and career opportunities.
Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs or courses.
Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and messages to ensure successful enrolment.
Maintain accurate records of student interactions and admissions in the CRM system.
Work closely with the sales and marketing team to meet admission targets.
Provide a positive and engaging counselling experience for all prospective students.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any field (Education, Business, or related field preferred).
1-3 years of experience
in student counselling, inside sales, or customer engagement (EdTech experience preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English, Hindi, and Marathi preferred).
Strong persuasive skills and a passion for helping students achieve their goals.
Comfortable working with CRM tools and MS Office.
Target-driven and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
