Job Title: Sr. Academic Counsellor - Full Time Salary: Depend on experience and last drawn salary Location - Panvel,Navi Mumbai
Key Responsibilities:

Provide academic planning and career guidance to students. Assist students in selecting appropriate IT development courses. Address walk-in and online inquiries with detailed course and program information. Maintain accurate records of student interactions, counseling sessions, and enrollment data. Create and implement student counseling programs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills. Leadership qualities and a proactive, student-centered approach. Prior experience in counseling, academic advising, student support is highly desirable. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
