Schedule and conduct school tours and orientation sessions.
Assist in organizing and participating in school open houses, admission fairs, and community outreach events.
Evaluate student applications and documentation as per school policies.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all enquiries, follow-ups, and admissions using admission tracking systems.
Collaborate with academic and administrative staff to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new students.
Provide excellent customer service, addressing parent concerns with empathy and professionalism.
Stay updated with school programs, curriculum developments, and admission trends.
Support the marketing and communication team with admission-related promotional content, as needed.
