About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and dynamic

Admission Counsellor

to join our team in Pune. The candidate will be responsible for guiding prospective students and parents through the admission process, providing accurate information about our programs, and ensuring an excellent counselling experience.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel students and parents on academic programs, career pathways, and admission processes. Handle inbound and outbound calls, inquiries, and follow-ups to convert leads into admissions. Maintain updated knowledge of courses, curriculum, and industry trends. Assist students with application forms, documentation, and enrollment procedures. Meet monthly and quarterly admission targets. Maintain accurate records of student interactions and admissions data in CRM tools. Collaborate with academic and marketing teams to enhance student engagement and satisfaction.

Required Skills & Competencies

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities. Customer-focused with a problem-solving approach. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
