Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students and parents regarding educational programs, admission procedures, eligibility, and career options. Handle inbound inquiries via phone, email, or walk-ins and convert them into enrollments. Make outbound calls to prospective leads generated through marketing campaigns. Explain program details, course structure, fee structure, and career outcomes to students. Guide students in completing the admission and documentation process. Maintain a database of student inquiries and follow up regularly until enrollment. Achieve monthly/quarterly admission targets. Collaborate with academic and marketing teams to plan admission strategies. Participate in education fairs, seminars, and counseling sessions as required.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Convincing and persuasive ability Knowledge of education industry trends Good organizational and follow-up skills Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools

Qualifications:

Graduate/Postgraduate in any stream (Education/Management preferred) Prior experience in admissions, counseling, or sales (EdTech/education industry preferred)
Salary -17,000 to 27,000
