Key Responsibilities
Handle walk-in, email, and telephonic inquiries related to admissions.
Counsel students and parents regarding available courses, eligibility, and career prospects.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions using CRM or Excel.
Assist students in completing application forms and documentation.
Coordinate with academic and administrative teams to ensure smooth admissions.
Participate in admission campaigns, seminars, and education fairs.
Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and local language.
Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools preferred).
