Role Overview
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive. You will focus on new business development, lead generation, effective communication, and fulfilling admissions requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Drive new business development and generate qualified leads.
Manage communication with prospects, ensuring timely and effective follow-ups.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
Consistently achieve sales and admissions targets.
Leverage interpersonal and networking skills to expand reach.
Maintain accurate records of leads and conversions.
Qualifications and Experience
Experience:
1-2 years in sales (education industry preferred, not mandatory)
Education:
Graduation in any stream
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong verbal and written communication skills
No fieldwork; role is focused on inside sales and admissions
