Job Summary:

We are seeking adynamic and enthusiastic Animation Counselor to

guide and enroll aspiring students into our animation and multimedia programs. As an

Animation Counselor, you will be responsible for counseling students about career

opportunities in animation, assisting with admissions, and helping them choose the right

course based on their interests and career goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students and parents regarding animation and multimedia programs.
Understand students' profiles and provide suitable course recommendations.
Conduct career guidance seminars, workshops, and walk-in counseling sessions.
Maintain follow-ups with prospective leads and convert them into enrollments.
Provide accurate information on course content, fee structure, and career
opportunities.

Coordinate with the academic and placement team to track student progress and
outcomes.

Assist in organizing events, campus visits, and webinars to promote the animation
course.

Maintain student data and prepare daily/weekly reports.
Requirements:

Graduate in any stream; preference will be given to candidates from Mass
Communication, Multimedia, Animation, or Counseling background.

1-3 years of experience in academic counseling, preferably in animation/multimedia
or vocational training.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sales and persuasion skills.
Ability to understand student needs and match them with course offerings.
Tech-savvy with knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems.
Preferred Qualities:

Passion for education and creative fields like animation, gaming, and VFX.
Energetic, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
Prior experience in educational institutions or training centers is a plus.

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
