We are seeking a dynamic and motivated academic counsellor to drive enrollments for our US CMA (Certified Management Accountant) certification program. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in course sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage the entire sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities
Drive B2C/B2B sales for US CMA certification programs.
Handle end-to-end student counseling, follow-ups, and enrollment.
Conduct product presentations, webinars, and demos to leads and prospects.
Manage CRM and maintain proper documentation of student lifecycle.
Coordinate with academic and admin teams for smooth onboarding of students.
Meet and exceed monthly targets and KPIs.
Handle walk-in, telephonic, WhatsApp, and email inquiries professionally.
Multitask across sales operations, documentation, and student support if needed.
Key Requirements
Proven experience in education or training sales, preferably CMA or similar courses.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple leads and priorities efficiently.
Comfortable with a target-driven environment.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and WhatsApp Business.
Educational Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or relevant field.
Added advantage: Sales experience of US CMA certification course.
