Make outbound calls to prospective students who have shown interest in the college.
Follow up with leads generated through online forms, inquiries, or educational fairs.
Introduce the college's courses, programs, and services to prospective students and their parents.
Provide accurate information about the college's admissions process, course offerings, and deadlines.
Maintain a database of prospective students and update contact details regularly.
Track the status of each lead and follow up appropriately based on their interest and timeline through ERP and CRM.
Answer questions from students and parents about the college, campus life, fees, scholarships, placement and other relevant topics.
Resolve issues and concerns, ensuring a positive experience for potential students.
