Admission Counsellor - Female (Sion, Mumbai)

We are seeking a dynamic and empathetic

Female Admission Counsellor

to join our team in Sion, Mumbai. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in guiding prospective students through the admissions process, ensuring they receive accurate information and support to make informed decisions about their educational journey.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with prospective students and parents via phone, email, and in-person meetings to provide detailed information about courses, admission procedures, and institutional offerings. Handle incoming and outgoing calls related to admissions inquiries. Manage walk-in inquiries and provide campus tours as needed. Assist applicants in completing application forms and gathering necessary documentation. Review student applications to assess eligibility and academic qualifications. Maintain regular communication with applicants to guide them through the admission process. Participate in outreach events, such as education fairs and school visits, to promote the institution's programs. Maintain accurate records of student interactions and update the admissions database accordingly.K. J. Somaiya Institute of Management

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in admissions counseling, sales, or telecalling. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of work efficiently. Fluency in English; knowledge of local languages is an added advantage.
