Admission Counsellor
to join our team in Malappuram. The ideal candidate will play a key role in guiding students through the admission process, providing accurate information about our programs, and supporting them in making informed academic decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Counsel students and parents regarding courses, admissions, and career pathways
Handle admission inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins
Maintain accurate student records and follow up on leads
Assist with admission documentation and enrollment procedures
Coordinate with academic and administrative teams
Achieve admission targets while ensuring a positive student experience
Qualifications & Skills
Any Bachelor's Degree
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good problem-solving and organizational abilities
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
