We are looking for energetic and motivated candidates to join our team as Admission Counsellors. The role involves marketing activities, parent engagement, counselling, and local fieldwork to support the school's admission process.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct marketing and outreach activities to generate admission leads.
Meet and counsel parents to explain school programs and facilities.
Visit kindergartens, play schools, and communities for branding and engagement.
Participate in school events, parent meetings, and promotional activities.
Track and maintain records of leads, inquiries, and follow-ups.
Support marketing campaigns and local promotions.
Coordinate with the admissions and academic teams to achieve enrolment targets.
Candidate Requirements:
Education: MBA (Marketing/Sales preferred) or any graduate with strong communication skills.
Experience: Freshers are welcome; internship or exposure to sales/marketing is an added advantage.
Skills: Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Attitude: Energetic, confident, and comfortable with fieldwork.
Work Style: Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Mobility: Willing to travel locally for outreach activities.
