We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented
Admission Counsellor
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling student leads, counselling aspirants, and converting enquiries into successful admissions.
Key Responsibilities
Call and manage leads provided by the marketing team
Classify leads into
positive, negative, and follow-up categories
Conduct detailed counselling for courses such as
MBBS, MD, MS, MTTM, and MBA
Handle student and parent
queries, objections, and concerns professionally
Ensure
high conversion rates
through effective follow-ups
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM or lead management systems
Coordinate with the admissions and operations team for smooth onboarding of students
Stay updated on admission procedures, eligibility criteria, and partner college offerings
Achieve individual and team admission targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum
3 years of experience
in admission counselling, education sales, or academic consultancy
Proven expertise in
objection handling and sales conversions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong ability to build trust with students and parents
Target-driven mindset with ethical counselling practices
Good organizational and follow-up skills
Comfortable with telecalling, WhatsApp, and email communication
Experience in medical or higher education counselling is a
strong advantage
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
