Fudiac Academy is looking for a motivated and results-driven

Academy Counsellor

to join our team at

InfoPark, Kakkanad

. This role focuses on

handling and converting leads generated through Meta Ads and Google Ads

into student enrollments.

What We're Looking For:

Minimum 2 years of experience

as an Education / Admission Counsellor Strong communication skills in

English & Malayalam

Ability to explain course details, fees, and career outcomes clearly Good follow-up, negotiation, and closing skills Basic knowledge of

Digital Marketing courses

is an added advantage Ability to work with CRM, Excel, or lead management tools

Roles & Responsibilities:

Contact and follow up with leads generated from ads and inquiries Counsel students about courses, batches, and career opportunities Convert qualified leads into admissions Maintain lead records and daily follow-ups Coordinate with the marketing and academic teams
