Afdindia, is pioneer in entrance coaching in design and architecture entrance exams, is actively seeking result oriented individuals to join our team as Admission counsellor. Your specific role includes

1. Managing telephonic and walk in enquiries of students /parents using official phone and front office at the institute.

2. Understanding the student requirements and suggesting them the right courses and packages.

3. Well informed and properly updated about the courses, colleges, examinations & allotments.

4. Support the marketing department as and when required in outdoor marketing activities.

5. Prepare reports, maintain data in various formats as requested by the company like MS.Excel, CRM etc.

6. Respond to queries from students /parents and give timely support when requested.

7. Attend admission enquiry calls and convert them to admissions

8. Regular follow up on leads assigned to take admissions.

9. Take an active role in processing student enquiry from initial enquiry to branch visit and or at relevant stages and convert to admissions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
