We are expanding our admissions department and looking for a

dynamic and professional Admission Counsellor

to guide students and support our enrollment operations.

Job Role: Admission Counsellor

The Admission Counsellor will handle student enquiries, provide course guidance, and support them throughout the admission process.

Key Responsibilities

Handle student enquiries through calls, walk-ins, and digital leads Guide students about courses, fees, career opportunities, and placement support Convert enquiries into admissions through professional counselling Maintain enquiry logs, follow-up records, and daily admission reports Achieve monthly admission targets set by the management Support with student onboarding, orientation, and documentation Communicate with students and parents professionally Work closely with the academic and marketing teams Maintain discipline, punctuality, and professionalism

Eligibility Criteria

Any Degree / PG (BBA, BCom, BA, BSc, MBA preferred) Freshers or experienced candidates can apply Good communication skills in English & Malayalam Confident, energetic, and student-friendly personality Ability to handle calls, enquiries, and follow-ups effectively Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Excel, WhatsApp, Email)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
