Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and student-focused Admission Counsellor to guide prospective learners in choosing the right academic programs. The role involves counseling students, managing inquiries, and supporting them through the complete admission journey--from first contact to successful enrollment.

Key Responsibilities
Counsel prospective students by providing accurate information about academic programs, learning pathways, and career opportunities
Guide students and parents to make well-informed academic decisions
Handle student inquiries and manage the admission and onboarding process
Communicate regularly through phone calls, WhatsApp, emails, and virtual meetings
Conduct timely and consistent follow-ups to ensure conversions and enrollments
Maintain detailed and accurate records of student interactions and progress in the CRM system
Coordinate with academic, operations, and marketing teams to ensure a smooth admission experience
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in admissions, academic counseling, or student support
Strong communication, interpersonal, and listening skills
Ability to clearly explain programs and confidently handle student queries
Well-organized, target-driven, and proactive with follow-ups
Comfortable using CRM systems and digital communication tools
