Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and student-focused Admission Counsellor to guide prospective learners in choosing the right academic programs. The role involves counseling students, managing inquiries, and supporting them through the complete admission journey--from first contact to successful enrollment.

Candidates must submit a short self-introduction video as part of the application process.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel prospective students by providing accurate information about academic programs, learning pathways, and career opportunities Guide students and parents to make well-informed academic decisions Handle student inquiries and manage the admission and onboarding process Communicate regularly through phone calls, WhatsApp, emails, and virtual meetings Conduct timely and consistent follow-ups to ensure conversions and enrollments Maintain detailed and accurate records of student interactions and progress in the CRM system Coordinate with academic, operations, and marketing teams to ensure a smooth admission experience
Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in admissions, academic counseling, or student support Strong communication, interpersonal, and listening skills Ability to clearly explain programs and confidently handle student queries Well-organized, target-driven, and proactive with follow-ups Comfortable using CRM systems and digital communication tools
