Key Responsibilities:
Guide prospective students by providing clear information on programs, learning paths, and career outcomes
Advise students and parents to help them make informed academic choices
Manage student inquiries and support them throughout the admission and onboarding process
Maintain regular communication via calls, WhatsApp, email, and virtual sessions
Conduct timely follow-ups to ensure smooth enrollment
Keep accurate records of interactions, student progress, and updates in the CRM
Collaborate with academic, operations, and marketing teams for seamless student support
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in academic counseling, admissions, or student support
Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills
Ability to confidently explain programs and address student queries
Organized, target-oriented, and consistent with follow-ups
Familiarity with CRM tools and digital communication platforms
