Key Responsibilities
Interact with prospective students and provide clear information about programs, learning outcomes, and career opportunities
Advise students and parents to help them make informed academic decisions
Manage inquiries and support students throughout the admission and onboarding process
Maintain regular communication via calls, WhatsApp, email, and virtual sessions
Follow up with interested candidates to ensure timely enrollment
Accurately record all interactions, student progress, and updates in the CRM
Collaborate with academic, operations, and marketing teams to ensure smooth student support
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in academic counseling, admissions, or student support
Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills
Ability to confidently explain programs and address student queries
Organized, target-oriented, and consistent with follow-ups
Familiarity with CRM tools and digital communication platforms
