Key Responsibilities:
Interact with prospective students and provide clear information on programs, learning outcomes, and career opportunities
Advise students and parents to make informed academic decisions
Manage inquiries and support students throughout the admission and onboarding process
Maintain regular communication via calls, WhatsApp, email, and virtual sessions
Follow up with interested candidates to ensure timely enrollment
Accurately update all interactions, progress, and student records in the CRM
Collaborate with academic, operations, and marketing teams to ensure smooth student support
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in academic counseling, admissions, or student support
Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills
Ability to explain programs confidently and address student queries
Organized, target-oriented, and consistent in follow-ups
Familiarity with CRM tools and digital communication platforms
