to join our team at Ledgergate Academy, Kochi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling outbound calls, explaining our educational programs, generating leads, and supporting the admissions process.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective students and explain course details.
Handle incoming inquiries and provide accurate information about programs.
Maintain and update the student inquiry database.
Follow up with leads to ensure timely conversions.
Coordinate with the admissions team to support enrolment targets.
Provide excellent customer service and address student queries professionally.
Meet daily/weekly call and conversion targets.
Requirements:
Minimum 0- 1 year of experience as a Telecaller or in a similar customer-facing role.
Good communication skills in English and Malayalam.
Strong persuasion and follow-up skills.
Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling experience (preferred).
Positive attitude, patience, and ability to handle student queries effectively.
