Key Responsibilities
Interact with prospective students and explain program details, learning outcomes, and career pathways
Provide clear guidance to students and parents to help them make informed academic decisions
Manage incoming inquiries and support students through the admission and onboarding process
Maintain consistent communication via calls, WhatsApp, email, or virtual sessions
Follow up with interested candidates to ensure timely completion of enrollment steps
Accurately record all student interactions, updates, and progress in the CRM
Coordinate with academic, operations, and marketing teams to ensure smooth information flow and efficient student support
Requirements
Minimum
1 year
of experience in academic counseling, admissions, or student support
Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills
Ability to confidently explain programs and address student queries
Organized, target-driven, and consistent with follow-ups
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and digital communication platforms
