Key Responsibilities
Handle inquiries from social media and WhatsApp.
Make outbound calls to follow up with leads.
Explain course details clearly to students.
Counsel students based on their career goals.
Achieve monthly admission targets.
Manage WhatsApp groups, messages, and responses.
Maintain lead updates in CRM/Excel.
Coordinate with the team for batch schedules and admissions.
Skills Required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong convincing and follow-up skills.
Experience in handling social media leads and conversations.

Good phone handling and counselling abilities.
