Primary Responsibilities
1. Student Engagement & Outreach
Proactive Communication:
Initiate contact with potential students who have inquired about our courses through various channels (calls, email, etc.).
Consultative Guidance:
Serve as an expert resource, clearly articulating details about program curricula, tuition costs, financial aid opportunities, entry requirements, and expected career outcomes.
Relationship Management:
Cultivate trust and rapport by actively listening to students' educational aspirations and delivering
personalized, strategic advice

2. Enrollment Management & Targets
Process Facilitation:
Offer consistent support to candidates, ensuring a seamless and positive experience from the initial inquiry through to full enrollment.
Goal Achievement:
Consistently meet or
exceed monthly enrollment targets
and other critical key performance indicators (KPIs).
Objection Resolution:
Professionally address and resolve student concerns, providing clear and effective solutions to support their decision-making process.
3. Data Integrity & Collaboration
CRM Expertise:
Diligently maintain accurate and detailed records of all communications and student progress within the
CRM system
.
Team Coordination:
Work closely with the admissions and academic departments to guarantee a smooth and efficient onboarding process for all new students.
Market Intelligence:
Stay current on institutional program updates, competitor offerings, and broader
education industry trends
to ensure information provided is always accurate and compelling.
Candidate Profile
Essential Qualifications
Proven background in customer engagement, telesales, or a related client-facing role (experience in the education or training sector is preferred).
Exceptional verbal and written communication
and interpersonal abilities.
A confident, articulate, and persuasive communicator with a demonstrated ability to convert prospects into enrollees.
A self-starter who is highly motivated, target-focused, and capable of functioning effectively both independently and within a collaborative team setting.
Working knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office applications is a significant advantage.
