Key Responsibilities:

Conduct detailed counseling sessions for students and parents Manage end-to-end admission process and documentation Handle inquiries through multiple channels and convert leads Maintain strong student relationships through the admission journey Achieve and exceed monthly enrollment targets Collaborate with marketing team on outreach activities

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree required 1-3 years experience in education counseling/admissions Excellent communication in Malayalam and English Proven track record in meeting targets Familiarity with CRM systems and office software Local candidates from Palakkad preferred
