Role Overview:

As an Admission Counselor at TRIZ Learning, you will be the first point of contact for prospective students/parents. Your role is crucial in guiding students through our programs, understanding their learning goals, and ensuring a smooth and engaging enrollment experience. You will work closely with mentors and the operations team to connect students with the right courses and support their learning journey.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with prospective students via calls, meets, chats, and in-person interactions. Understand students' educational backgrounds, career goals, and learning needs. Explain TRIZ Learning programs, features, and benefits clearly and persuasively. Assist students through the admission process, including application guidance, fee collection coordination, and enrollment confirmation. Maintain accurate records of student interactions, follow-ups, and admissions in the CRM system. Participate in promotional events, webinars, and outreach programs to attract prospective students. Achieve individual and team targets for student admissions.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-focused attitude with empathy for students' goals. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools. Prior experience in sales, counseling, or education is a plus.
