Academic Counsellor

As an Academic Counsellor, you will guide students towards promising careers in the Central Government and Banking sectors. The role involves personalized counselling, promoting our coaching programs, and converting inquiries into successful admissions.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students on career opportunities in Government and Banking exams. Promote our coaching services and explain admission processes. Build strong relationships with students, understanding their goals and aspirations. Follow up on leads to maximize conversions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree (Education or related field preferred). Prior experience in

education platforms or academic counselling

preferred. Experience in sales/lead conversion is an advantage.

Basic knowledge of Government and Banking exams

. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Benefits:

Basic Pay: Starting from 12,000

Attractive Incentives

- Earn up to ₹50,000 per month (Basic + Incentives). Job Type: Full-time, Permanent.
