Serve as the first point of contact for prospective students and parents
Understand student needs and guide them with suitable course options
Provide complete information about courses, admission procedures, fees, and schedules
Handle walk-ins, calls, WhatsApp chats, emails, and online inquiries professionally
Counsel students regarding eligibility, documentation, and application requirements
Follow up regularly with leads through calls and messages
Maintain student data and lead records in CRM tools or Excel sheets
Coordinate with the academic team to ensure smooth onboarding of new students
Actively participate in admission drives, webinars, seminars, and school/college visits
Achieve monthly/quarterly admission targets set by the management
Desired Skills:
Strong communication (English, Hindi/regional language)
Friendly, confident, and persuasive personality
Basic tech skills (MS Office, Google Sheets, CRM tools)
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Willingness to work flexible hours during peak admission seasons
