We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Admission Counselor who will be responsible for achieving admission targets through effective counseling, follow-ups, and conversion of leads into admissions. The role is completely performance-driven and target-based, requiring excellent communication, sales skills, and a passion for meeting deadlines. --- Key Responsibilities: Counsel and guide prospective students regarding course details, fees, eligibility, and career opportunities. Achieve monthly/quarterly admission targets assigned by the management. Convert inquiries/leads into admissions through effective follow-up and persuasive counseling. Maintain a database of potential leads, follow up via calls, emails, and walk-ins. Conduct campus tours and participate in events, seminars, and workshops to generate admissions. Collaborate with marketing teams to plan admission campaigns and lead-generation activities. Provide accurate information and resolve queries regarding the admission process. Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly reports of admissions and target achievements to management. Build strong relationships with students and parents to ensure high conversion rates. Maintain knowledge of all courses, admission criteria, scholarships, and fee structures.
